Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Suzy Shier purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
